  • If I live in Vancouver, can I pick up or return items in person?

    We offer free local pickups as a shipping option during checkout. 

    Please contact to organize a date and time for you to drop off your return/repair.

  • When can I expect my order to ship?

    Please allow 5 business days for our small team to process and pack your order. If the item is 'Made to Order' there will be an estimated timeline of completion in the product description.

  • Are duties and taxes included upon checkout?

    Please note that when placing an order to a destination outside of Canada, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on top of your shipping fee. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

    Shipping and duties are non-refundable. If you deny your parcel from your local shipping provider, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit.

  • Do you offer different shipping courier options?

    We are happy to accommodate alternate shipping options. Please email to learn more.


  • I placed an order as a gift. Will there be a receipt in the package?

    In an attempt to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not include paper invoices in our packages. The only receipt of purchase you will receive is the initial confirmation email, with your order number. 

  • Do you do custom orders?

    We always try to accommodate custom orders. Please email with your inquiry and we will be happy to explore the request with you.

    Custom orders are final sale and have a 30-day turnaround time, depending on the item.

  • Do you do split shipments?

    We will ship your entire order together unless otherwise requested, in which case new shipping costs will be calculated.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    To modify or cancel an order, email us at within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel an order for an item with a disclaimer, we are happy to extend the cancellation/exchange policy to 72 hours from the time the order is processed. If an order is cancelled beyond these time frames, we are only able to offer a refund in the form of store credit.

    Please note that we are not able to cancel or modify an order once it enters the shipping process.

  • What is Afterpay?

    Afterpay allows you to split your payment into 4 bi-weekly instalments.

    Not available for Gift Cards or pre-order items, you will need to place separate orders for these items if you wish to use Afterpay.

    Returns are available for orders purchased with Afterpay onto Store credit. Please make sure your return is eligible.

  • Where is your jewelry made?

    All of our items are handmade in our studio in Vancouver, BC by a team of very talented jewellers and production staff.

  • Is there a Wolf Circus store?

    We do not have a Wolf Circus store, but we do sell our jewelry in multiple stores around the world. View our Stockists page to find a stockist near you.

  • When will you restock an item?

    Sign up to receive a notification for when an item is back in stock by selecting “Notify when Available” under the item.


  • What is your return policy?

    We offer free returns throughout Canada and United States. Returns on products purchased from can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Once received, we will refund the item(s) from your order in the form of Sotre Credit. The Store Credit does not expire, and valid towards any item on our website. We do not refund shipping costs.   • Can I return sale or discounted items?

    All sale and discounted items are final sale.

  • Do you offer price protection?

    As a small business, it is unfortunately not viable for us to provide price protection on any orders placed prior to the start of a sale. In order to stay in the loop on upcoming sales and promotions, we suggest subscribing to our Newsletter—we promise no fluff, and only the good stuff. 

  • What happens to my returns?

    We carefully inspect your returned items and re-polish them to make sure they’re good as new before they are placed back into our inventory. If an item is imperfect, it will usually be included in one of our sample sales. If an item is beyond repair, we try to recycle as much of the materials as possible.

  • Do you offer repairs?

  • How do I know what ring size I am?

    Our Ring Size Guide has instructions to help you measure your size at home. We also offer complimentary ring sizers with a small shipping fee.
