Returns & Repairs



We want you to love your Wolf Circus jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer free returns throughout North America.

Any jewelry purchased from can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you in the form of Store Credit. 

The Store Credit does not expire, and can be used towards any item in our online store. 

All items must be sent back in their original unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging with any tags attached (if the item arrived with tags).

    • All objects, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale.
    • Worn, scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted. Wolf Circus has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions. 
    • We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit.
    • We do not offer price protection for any orders placed before the start of a sale.
    • We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.
    • We do not refund shipping costs.

    While all of our pieces are built to last, we understand that in some circumstances, the odd piece may need a little TLC over time.
